One down, fourteen to go until Lord Sugar’s new business partner is “hired”. The second programme of The Apprentice kicked off with Lord Sugar himself selecting the Project Managers for this week’s project. Tim was brought over from the boys’ team to manage Evolve (the girls’ team) and Kurt was selected to manage Endeavour (the boys’ team). Lord Sugar deliberately chose these two candidates as both of their business plans related to the drinks’ industry and this week’s task was about brewing and selling a new flavoured beer. Perhaps the candidates should have taken greater note of this when allocating roles on this week’s task: allocate roles related to the individual’s skills, experience and preferences. |
